Lucky Seven

The 1st semester has ended and what stood out for me was the number 7. 1/3 of my students are currently 7th graders. These students' math classes range from 7th grade math to Pre- AP Algebra.

With the majority of the 7th graders, I've had to review long division, percents, decimals, integers. but mostly FRACTIONS! Adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and converting fractions. 5th grade is usually when students really learn fractions. So, this might be due to students missing school during Covid. I will make sure that my students get on track.
